岗位描述：

1. 遵守中国法律和学校的各项规定，保质保量完成电机系和学校规定的各种教学、科研和公共服务工作； 2. 开展与新型电力系统相关的理论和实践研究工作，重点方向在电力电子方向； 3. 热爱教学，有责任感，积极参与研究生指导工作。 1） Consciously abide by national laws and school regulations, and actively complete all kinds of teaching, scientific research and public service work. 2） Engaged in the theory and practics research of new power system, esp in power electronics. 3）Competent for graduate guidance.

资格条件：

1.具有电气工程专业的国内外院校的博士学位； 2.具有2年或2年以上在高校、研究院所的博士后科研经历； 3.博士毕业后在相关领域核心杂志发表多篇高水平研究论文； 4.在其所在的研究团队做出了创新性的研究成果或研发出关键核心技术。 1) Applicants should hold a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering. 2) Post-doctoral researchers in domestic or overseas Universities or Institutes for more than 2 years. 3) Published some articles in core periodicals in related research fields after the graduation of PhD degree; 4) Made innovative research results or developed core technologies in the research team.
