一、学院介绍
南京大学艺术学院是中国高校中历史悠久、培养人才众多的艺术学专业院系,学科水平名列前茅。学院拥有一支高水平的师资队伍,具有高级职称的教师26人,其中长江学者特聘教授2名、四青人才2名,以及中宣部文化名家暨“四个一”工程、中组部哲学社会科学领军人才、江苏省“333”工程第一层次各1人,等。学院与美国布朗大学、德克萨斯州立大学、意大利佛罗伦萨大学、都灵大学等建立了合作伙伴关系,主持和参与多项国际合作项目,具有较大的国际影响力。
二、招聘岗位设置
南京大学艺术学院拟面向全球招聘有志于从事艺术学领域各主要研究方向的优秀青年人才到学院工作。本次拟招聘准聘副教授1名、准聘助理教授1名;特别优秀的高层次人才岗位另议。招聘研究方向包括:
1. 艺术理论与艺术史
2. 美术学
3. 艺术教育
三、申请条件
1. 遵守中华人民共和国法律和法规,热爱教学科研事业;
2. 具有良好的师德师风,恪守学术道德,勤勉工作,无犯罪记录,无违反师德师风和学术道德惩处记录;
3. 一流的学术背景:具有相关学科领域的博士学位,具有一流教学科研机构的学习、工作经验,熟悉相关领域国际前沿的研究动态。其中助理教授原则上要求博士毕业从事教学科研2年以上,条件优异者可适当放宽;准聘副教授要求博士毕业从事教学科研4年以上;
4. 出色的教学能力:应具有能够胜任本专业核心基础课程和前沿课程的教学能力,掌握良好的教学方法,具有较强的语言表达能力;
5. 突出的科研成果显示度与未来科研发展潜力:应有相关研究方向的成果显示度,对相关研究领域有原创性观点,未来研究计划思路清晰,具有较好的学术潜力。

1. About the School
The School of Arts in Nanjing University has a long history and has cultivated many talents in the field of art. It is one of the top departments in China. The School of Arts has a group of outstanding teachers. Among the 26 faculty members currently in office, there are two Yangtze River distinguished professors and two professors of the young Yangtze River scholars program. The school has established partnerships with Brown University, Texas State University, University of Florence and the University of Turin in Italy, and has hosted and participated in a number of international cooperation projects, which have international influence.
2. Job Openings
The School of Arts of Nanjing University invites applications from outstanding young scholars at home and abroad, who are committed to the research area of major research directions in the field of Art Studies. There are vacancies for one tenure-track assistant professor and one tenure-track associate professors this year. Positions for particularly outstanding high-level talents will be negotiated separately. The research directions to be recruited include the following disciplines:
(1) Art Theory and Art History
(2) Fine Arts Studies
(3) Art Education
3. Application Requirements
(1) Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;
(2) Bide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;
(3) Have a first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s). In principle, tenure-track assistant professors are required to have graduated with a PhD degree and engaged in teaching and research for more than 2 years, with appropriate relaxation for those with excellent conditions; tenure-track associate professors are required to have graduated with a PhD degree and engaged in teaching and research for more than 4 years;
(4) Have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;
(5) Demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development.
